DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Miles's height and visible disability makes him pretty distinctive; his head is sort of large for his body and he walks with a very slight limp, as one of his ledges is a smidge shorter than the other. His face is somewhat prematurely aged with pain lines in such a way that makes his exact age a little difficult to pinpoint.

Generally, while he is under quarantine/otherwise stuck at the Gallows, he is just about Everywhere, sticking his nose in many places, some of which his nose does not belong
Lately he can be found at the library a whole lot, as he is fending off an existential crisis by drowning himself in Thedas Knowledge

Scouting shit! Miles is in military security back home and it's what he's good at! Let's do missions and stuff!
Miles is currently keeping his other identity/the true nature of his covert ops work under wraps for now, and it might seem like he knows an awful lot about battle tactics and seem unusually experienced for a mere lieutenant. I would love for people to Notice this and start catching on.
Want an extraordinarily stubborn little loudmouth championing your underdog cause? You are almost guaranteed to have his sympathy unless you're, like, really into murder or something.
Romance! Miles is a bisexual disaster who still thinks he's straight, let's fix that. He's also got...some baggage.
His medical condition is pretty severe and somewhat unique, and he doesn't have access to the same technology he did back home, so he is gonna need...some doctors. He also makes for a fascinating case study for the medically curious.
